Damali Robinson, DNP, CRNA, is a proud resident of Glen Rock, New Jersey, and a dynamic leader dedicated to service, innovation, and community empowerment. As a nurse anesthesiologist, U.S. Army veteran, education advocate, and devoted wife and mother, Dr. Robinson has built a career—and a life—focused on improving lives and building stronger communities.
A COMMITMENT TO SERVE
Damali's path to leadership began with her service to the nation as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Army. Over nearly a decade, she exemplified excellence and dedication, earning prestigious military honors, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Multinational Force and Observers Medal. These accolades reflect her unwavering commitment to protecting and serving others, both at home and abroad.

Continuing her service in the U.S. Army Reserves, Damali remains steadfast in her dedication to teamwork, discipline, and responsibility—qualities she now applies to her work in healthcare, education, and advocacy. Her military experience forms the foundation of her leadership style: mission-driven, collaborative, and focused on achieving meaningful results.

As President of the Glen Rock Board of Education, Dr. Robinson has worked tirelessly to ensure that every child in her community has access to a high-quality education. Now in her second term, she has championed policies that prioritize student achievement, teacher support, and fiscal responsibility. Her leadership reflects her belief that education is the foundation for a thriving community.
A LEADER IN HEALTHCARE
Professionally, Damali Robinson is a highly respected certified registered nurse anesthesiologist (CRNA), practicing across some of New Jersey and New York’s premier healthcare institutions, including Hackensack University Medical Center and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Her expertise spans civilian trauma centers and military hospitals, where she has led teams, improved patient outcomes, and mentored future leaders in the field.
ROOTED IN FAMILY & COMMUNITY
Damali is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, Kurt, and proud mother to their daughter, Kieran, who is thriving in kindergarten. As a Glen Rock resident, she is deeply invested in the well-being of her neighbors and is committed to creating policies that uplift every family in Legislative District 38.
